MCP6001RT-I/OT is a single-channel rail-to-rail operational amplifier from Microchip MCP6000 series, supporting 1.8V~6.0V single-supply operation with 1MHz gain bandwidth product, 0.6V/us slew rate and only 20uA quiescent current - ideal signal conditioning chip for portable and IoT sensor applications.
The chip features full rail-to-rail input and output: input voltage range swings from negative supply rail to positive supply rail; output voltage swings to near supply rails, maximizing signal dynamic range. Input bias current only 1pA (FET input stage) - can directly connect to high-impedance sensors without additional buffering.
MCP6001RT uses compact SOT-23-5 package (/OT suffix, side pad), unity-gain stable, no external frequency compensation capacitor needed. For shutdown function, use MCP6001R (/CH suffix).
