The Infineon Technologies TDM22545DXUMA1 is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC-DC power module that integrates the power stage and the output inductor into a single 72-pin LGA package measuring 10 x 9 x 5 mm. Part of Infineon's OptiMOS family, it converts a 4.25 V to 16 V input rail down to an adjustable 0.225 V to 3 V output and supplies up to 160 A (480 W), which suits the high-current core rails found in servers, datacenter accelerators, networking equipment, and ASIC or FPGA designs.
