The MAX232AESE+T from Maxim Integrated (Analog Devices) is the extended-temperature, high-speed MAX232A RS-232 transceiver - rated -40°C to +85°C for industrial and outdoor use. It runs two drivers and two receivers to 200kbps from a single +5V supply with small 0.1µF charge-pump capacitors. EIA/TIA-232E compatible, in a 16-pin SO.

The MAX232AESE+T is the E-grade (extended temperature) variant of Maxim's high-speed MAX232A RS-232 transceiver, qualified across the full -40°C to +85°C industrial range.
