CSA24x The series of products are suitable for high-side or low-side current sampling in industrial and automotive applications such as motor drive, energy storage, on-board charger (OBC), electronic power steering (EPS), power modules, etc. These systems often require high-precision sampling of busbars and phase lines to achieve precise current control. The CSA24x series of products can be used for high common-mode current measurement in all systems powered by 60V or less. Its enhanced PWM common-mode suppression capability is very suitable for high common-mode transients, while its high static performance can more accurately detect system current to achieve the entire loop control.
The CSA24x series currently includes two versions, CSA241 and CSA240. CSA240 is a high-bandwidth version with a bandwidth of 450kHz, which can capture high-speed current conversion more quickly; CSA241 is a low-power version with a static power consumption of 0.8mA, which is suitable for battery-powered applications with high power requirements.
The launch of the CSA24x series of current sense amplifiers, on the one hand, enriches Analog Semiconductor's current amplifier product roadmap. On the other hand, the CSA24x series can be combined with Analog Semiconductor's mass-produced high common-mode current amplifiers and digital power detectors to form a complete current sampling solution. When combined with Analog's motor drives, digital-to-analog converters, high-precision amplifiers and other products, it can provide customers with a complete overall solution, thereby practicing Analog Semiconductor's concept and positioning of "high-quality chip platform supplier".
