The corner frequency is set simply by a clock: the internal oscillator runs at 100x the corner frequency, so an external capacitor on CLK (or an external clock) tunes the corner anywhere from 1Hz to 15kHz. No external precision resistors or capacitors are needed per pole-zero pair, which is the central advantage of the switched-capacitor approach - the design task becomes choosing a clock.
