Operating from 1.65V to 5.5V with 3.5Ω typical ON-resistance and 300MHz bandwidth, it is ideal for signal routing in automotive, industrial, and portable electronics. The tiny SOT-23-6 package is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.
